Your experience has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of Qualtrics' Experience Management solutions effectively. Your ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly sets you apart. You are comfortable with strategic risk-taking and enjoy solving complex problems in a team setting. You are driven by results and are eager to contribute to the growth of the company.
What you'll do
As a Federal Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on driving incremental revenue for Qualtrics' Federal/GovCon product lines. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers while also expanding relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions provided meet the specific needs of federal organizations and Aerospace & Defense contractors. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for growth, developing strategic sales plans, and executing them effectively.
You will engage with clients to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Qualtrics can help bridge experience gaps. Collaborating with marketing and product teams, you will contribute to the development of tailored solutions that resonate with your target audience. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
What we offer
Qualtrics provides a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $95,000—$110,000 USD, along with a sign-on bonus and restricted stock units.
