Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in building and maintaining strategic partnerships. With at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, you understand the nuances of partner dynamics and how to leverage them for mutual success. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and have a strong ability to influence decision-making at various organizational levels. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to partners and stakeholders alike. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that partner needs are met and exceeded. You are results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.

Desirable

Experience in the software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Experience Management solutions. You may also have a background in consulting or business development, which enhances your ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

What you'll do

As a Partner Sales Manager at Qualtrics, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships in Canada. You will work closely with partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with both Qualtrics' objectives and partner goals. Your role will involve identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring that partners are equipped with the necessary resources to succeed. You will collaborate with the Ecosystem function and regional Centers of Excellence to adapt offerings to meet customer needs effectively. Regularly reviewing partner performance and providing feedback will be crucial to optimizing the partnership experience. You will also play a key role in influencing product development based on partner feedback and market trends, ensuring that Qualtrics remains competitive in the Experience Management space.

What we offer

Qualtrics offers a competitive salary range of $78,500 to $124,500 CAD annually, along with a sign-on bonus and restricted stock units based on eligibility.
