You have extensive experience in total rewards management, ideally with a focus on compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Your strategic mindset allows you to design and implement innovative rewards strategies that attract and retain top talent. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your leadership skills enable you to guide and mentor a team of specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of rewards programs. You understand the importance of employee experience and are committed to creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Desirable
Experience in a global organization is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in total rewards and employee engagement. You have a strong understanding of market compensation practices and are adept at benchmarking and analysis. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is essential, as is your capacity to influence and drive change within the organization.
What you'll do
As the Global Head of Total Rewards, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with Qualtrics' mission and values. You will oversee the design and implementation of compensation structures, equity programs, and benefits offerings that meet the needs of a diverse workforce. Collaborating with HR and business leaders, you will ensure that rewards programs are competitive and equitable, driving employee engagement and satisfaction. You will analyze market trends and internal data to make informed recommendations and adjustments to the total rewards strategy. Your role will involve regular communication with employees to educate them about the total rewards offerings and gather feedback for continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for managing the total rewards budget and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
