What you'll do

As a Corporate Sales Manager at Qualtrics, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals in the Mexico region. You will guide your team in identifying and closing experience gaps for clients, leveraging the Qualtrics SaaS platform to drive action with pre-built experience management programs. You will set aggressive goals for your team and empower them to achieve these objectives through strategic planning and execution. You will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for your team's initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers and achieve their personal goals.
