Who you are
You are a highly motivated and experienced sales leader with a proven track record in corporate sales. With at least 5 years of experience in sales management, you have successfully led teams to achieve and exceed sales targets. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess pipeline health and forecast sales accurately. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you thrive in environments where you can directly influence team performance and execution discipline.
You understand the complexities of the digital archiving and business intelligence industry, and you are passionate about helping organizations manage risk and compliance in their communications. You have a knack for translating sales strategies into actionable plans that yield consistent, predictable results. Your ability to motivate and develop your team is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Corporate Sales at Smarsh, you will lead a team of front-line Corporate Sales Representatives, guiding them in closing pivotal deals within corporate accounts. You will be responsible for setting clear performance expectations and ensuring your team has the resources and support needed to succeed. Your role will involve regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and providing feedback to help your team members grow in their roles.
You will also be accountable for maintaining pipeline health and ensuring accurate forecasting. This will require you to analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales goals. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Sales or VP of Corporate Sales to align your team's efforts with the overall sales strategy of the organization.
