You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and internal teams alike. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple customer accounts while ensuring that each customer receives the attention they deserve. Your ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including OEM and Channel partners, will be crucial in driving seamless onboarding processes.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager I at Qumulo, you will own the complete lifecycle of a portfolio of customers, ensuring their success from onboarding through to renewal. You will coordinate installation processes and engage with customers to help them curate their data at exabyte scale. Your role will involve driving customer retention strategies and ensuring that customers are wildly successful with Qumulo's products. You will work closely with account teams and partners to facilitate smooth transitions and ongoing support, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Qumulo.
