Rackspace is hiring a Public Sector Sales Executive to drive strategic growth in the UK Healthcare and Public Sector. You'll manage the full sales cycle and build senior-level relationships to position multi-cloud solutions. This role requires experience in complex acquisition pursuits.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the UK Healthcare and Public Sector, demonstrating your ability to drive strategic new logo growth. Your experience includes leading complex acquisition pursuits, showcasing your understanding of routes to market and the nuances of public sector sales. You excel at building senior-level relationships, ensuring that you can effectively position solutions that meet the evolving needs of your clients.

Your approach is customer-centric, focusing on delivering outstanding experiences while achieving profitable growth. You are adept at navigating the full sales cycle—from initial market mapping to contract signature—ensuring that every step is executed with precision and professionalism. You understand the importance of aligning solutions with customer needs, which is critical in the public sector environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth across UK Healthcare and Public Sector customers. You will own the full sales cycle, which includes identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing deals that contribute to the company's growth objectives. Your ability to understand the unique challenges faced by public sector clients will be essential in tailoring Rackspace's multi-cloud solutions to meet their needs.
