You have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly within the public sector, and are adept at understanding complex cybersecurity solutions. Your experience allows you to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that clients understand the value of Zscaler's offerings. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by a desire to solve complex challenges that impact global security.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. Your ability to listen and understand client needs allows you to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements. You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Zscaler, you will work closely with the Solutions Consulting team to support sales efforts in the public sector. You will engage with clients to understand their security needs and demonstrate how Zscaler's zero trust security solutions can address their challenges. Your role will involve conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and responding to RFPs to showcase the capabilities of Zscaler's platform.

You will collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for engaging potential clients and will provide technical expertise during the sales process. Your insights will help shape the direction of product development based on client feedback and market trends. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring junior sales engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
