You have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly within the public sector, and are adept at providing technical direction and business guidance to sales teams. Your experience includes working closely with Account Executives to drive innovative technical programs and pipeline generation. You are personable and cloud-savvy, with expertise in Azure and/or AWS, allowing you to effectively communicate technical solutions to customers. You excel in uncovering customer problems through strong discovery techniques and can use compelling storytelling to position solutions effectively.
You are a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside cross-functional teams to exceed sales quotas. Your ability to evangelize and architect data resilience, observability, and remediation tools makes you a valuable asset to any sales team. You understand the importance of continuous professional development and are eager to leverage Rubrik's world-class sales enablement program to maximize your earning potential and career growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide technical leadership and direction to customers and internal staff, ensuring the development of fully integrated technology solutions that meet the needs of the UK Public Sector. You will be responsible for driving customer demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs), showcasing Rubrik's innovative solutions to a targeted list of new and existing customers. Your day-to-day activities will involve overseeing account-level activities and collaborating closely with Account Executives to ensure alignment on customer needs and sales strategies.
You will play a crucial role in positioning Rubrik's offerings, helping government entities build resilience against cyberattacks and operational disruptions. Your technical expertise will be essential in guiding customers through the complexities of data protection and recovery solutions. You will also engage in continuous learning and development, participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
