You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the healthcare or technology sectors, and understand the unique challenges faced by radiation oncology clinics. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is key to your success. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs effectively. Your experience in promoting software solutions will enable you to demonstrate the value of Radformation's offerings convincingly. You are comfortable with cold outreach and have a knack for engaging potential clients through product demonstrations and site visits.

What you'll do

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Radformation's software solutions across radiation therapy clinics throughout Canada. You will promote and sell the software through various channels, including cold outreach, product demonstrations, and attendance at regional and national meetings. Your role will involve identifying customer needs and working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.

You will communicate key product insights that shape Radformation's roadmap in the region, ensuring that the software continues to meet the evolving needs of clinics. Your efforts will contribute to modernizing workflows, reducing errors, and improving the quality and efficiency of patient care in the oncology sector.
