mabl is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive sales and build out their inside sales organization. You'll have full control of the sales process from initial outreach to closing deals. This role requires strong motivation and a collaborative spirit.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work closely with the founding team to shape the future of mabl's sales strategy. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs is paramount, as you will be responsible for initiating customer outreach and guiding them through the sales journey.
You possess a strong understanding of the software industry, particularly in areas related to AI-powered solutions and test automation. Your experience in sales, particularly in a full sales cycle role, has equipped you with the skills necessary to manage customer relationships effectively and close deals successfully. You are adaptable and ready to embrace the challenges that come with building a new inside sales organization.
What you'll do
As a Regional Account Executive at mabl, you will take charge of the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals. You will engage with potential customers, understand their testing needs, and demonstrate how mabl's low-code test automation platform can streamline their processes. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their pain points, and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
You will work closely with the founding team to influence the sales culture and processes, ensuring that the values of drive, authenticity, support, and insight are embedded in every interaction. Your contributions will directly impact mabl's growth and success, as you help to scale the go-to-market strategy and establish a strong inside sales organization.
