What you'll do
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues related to our products and services. You will work closely with the CX Team Lead and other team members to provide reliable and empathetic support. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and ensuring they have a positive experience with our offerings.
You will collaborate with teams in Operations, Compliance, and Product to address customer concerns and provide feedback that can help improve our services. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team summits and off-site events, fostering relationships with your colleagues and contributing to a strong team culture.
