What you'll do

As an Associate Solution Consultant, you will work closely with Solution Consultants and Solution Architects to consult on platform configuration best practices. Your primary responsibility will be to drive requirements, design, and configure solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. You will educate clients on the implemented RainFocus toolset, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the platform for their events.

You will participate in client meetings to gather requirements and understand their objectives, translating those into actionable solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementations and high client satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of best practices and resources that enhance the consulting skill set within the organization.
