RainFocus is seeking a Solution Consultant to drive post-sale client implementations and consult on platform configuration best practices. You'll work closely with clients and the Solution Architect to design and configure solutions. This role requires strong collaboration and expertise in RainFocus products.

You are an experienced Solution Consultant with a strong background in client implementations and a passion for technology. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for understanding client needs and translating them into effective solutions. Your ability to educate clients on software tools and best practices sets you apart. You are energetic and eager to become an expert in RainFocus products, demonstrating thought leadership within the Client Success organization. You enjoy mentoring and training peers, helping to build a strong consulting skill set within your team.
What you'll do
As a Solution Consultant at RainFocus, you will play a critical role in driving post-sale client implementations. You will work closely with the Solution Architect to consult on platform configuration best practices, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, designing, and configuring solutions tailored to client needs. You will educate clients on the RainFocus toolset, helping them to maximize their use of the platform for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and client satisfaction. Your role will also involve mentoring junior consultants and sharing your expertise to enhance the overall skill set of the team.
