You thrive in team environments and are capable of becoming an expert in RainFocus products and industry best practices. Your ability to work well within small, focused teams will be essential as you support post-sale client implementations. You are passionate about helping clients succeed and are ready to take on the challenge of consulting on platform configuration best practices.

You understand the importance of driving requirements and designing solutions that meet client needs. As a member of the team, you will work alongside experienced Solution Consultants and Solution Architects, learning from their expertise while contributing your own insights. Your enthusiasm for technology and client success will help you excel in this role, as you educate clients on the implemented RainFocus toolset and ensure they are set up for success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be critical to driving post-sale client implementations at RainFocus. You will collaborate with Solution Consultants and Solution Architects to consult on platform configuration best practices, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include driving requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and educating clients on how to effectively use the RainFocus toolset. You will be a thought leader within the Client Success organization, often taking on additional responsibilities to mentor and train your peers.

You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with RainFocus products. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client implementations are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of best practices within the organization, helping to shape the future of client success at RainFocus.
