What you'll do

As a Project Manager at RainFocus, you will be responsible for planning and driving project implementation for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our software is deployed effectively to support their event lifecycle. This includes defining tasks and required resources, as well as managing project timelines and deliverables. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation process and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and that client expectations are met. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and reporting on outcomes to stakeholders. Travel may be required for onsite client events, averaging 5-7 days at a time, with a total travel commitment of up to 20%. You will need to work during the morning shift, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST, to align with client needs.
