What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer activation processes, ensuring that new clients are onboarded smoothly and effectively. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs and tailor our solutions to meet those needs. You will analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer engagement.
