You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

You are data-driven and can analyze customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Your problem-solving skills enable you to address customer concerns effectively and proactively. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced nature of a growing startup, always looking for ways to enhance processes and customer experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new enterprise customers and ensuring they are set up for success with Ramp's financial operations platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that maximize their use of our services. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.

You will develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention, focusing on Bill Pay and Procurement functionalities. Regularly, you will analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that our clients are getting the most value from our platform. You will also conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on best practices and new features.
