You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in driving customer engagement and activation strategies that lead to measurable business outcomes. You possess strong analytical skills and can leverage data to inform your decisions and strategies. You are an excellent communicator, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and you thrive in collaborative environments.

You understand the nuances of financial operations and how to optimize them for various business types. Your experience in working with AI-driven solutions is a plus, as you can effectively communicate the value of technology in enhancing customer experiences. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced startup environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech industry or with financial operations platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in customer engagement will set you apart. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable strategies.

What you'll do
