Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success and activation, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the fintech or SaaS industry. You understand the importance of customer engagement and have a proven track record of driving user adoption and satisfaction. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that enhance customer experiences. You are a natural collaborator, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. You are comfortable with technology and have a keen interest in how AI can transform customer interactions. You are proactive and take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and growth within the customer base.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer activation and engagement.
