What you'll do
As a Customer Activation Manager at Ramp, you will be responsible for onboarding new enterprise clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform. You will develop and execute customer engagement strategies that drive product adoption and maximize value for our clients. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and support teams, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Ramp's services. You will analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve the customer journey and advocate for client needs within the organization. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
