Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within the fintech or technology sectors — you've successfully driven user acquisition and engagement through innovative marketing strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns effectively.

You possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing — you know how to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions. Your experience with tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads has equipped you with the skills to measure and analyze campaign performance.

You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments — you enjoy working closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Your excellent communication skills enable you to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.

You are comfortable with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies — you understand the importance of testing hypotheses to improve marketing effectiveness and user experience. Your creativity and strategic thinking help you identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo — you are always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies that can enhance marketing efforts.

What you'll do
