What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions at Ramp. You will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates. You will utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates. You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. You will also manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
