What you'll do
In this role, you will own and drive the hiring process across various teams at Range. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role and craft effective recruiting strategies that attract world-class talent. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will play a critical role in shaping the company's culture by ensuring that new hires align with Range's values and mission.
You will also be involved in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that enhance the candidate experience and streamline the hiring process. You will analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize your approach.
