Who you are

You have a strong background in real estate and compliance, with experience managing teams of licensed sales agents. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex regulatory environments while fostering a supportive atmosphere for your team. You are highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all agents receive the guidance they need to succeed. Your interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with agents and collaborate effectively with various department leads.

You have a proven track record of implementing risk management plans and updating state-specific policy addendums in collaboration with brokerage operations. Your ability to provide training enhances agents' knowledge of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law. You are committed to establishing and maintaining a regional management structure that promotes scalability and supports the growth of your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a team of licensed sales agents, providing them with guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices. You will implement risk management plans and work closely with brokerage operations to ensure that all policies are up to date and compliant with state licensing laws. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering exceptional brokerage support to agents, ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive in their roles.

You will also oversee the creation and continuous improvement of company-wide and state-specific brokerage operations manuals, ensuring that all agents have access to the latest information and resources. Your role will involve collaborating with various department leads, including finance and support, to address complex transaction issues and respond promptly to agents' requests for assistance. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and support, you will help shape the future of real estate at Real.
