You have extensive experience in technical pre-sales and solution engineering, particularly in SaaS environments. Your ability to engage with enterprise and regulated customers sets you apart, as you understand their unique challenges and requirements. You are skilled in creating reusable demo and POC playbooks, which help streamline the sales process and enhance customer engagement. Your mentoring skills shine as you guide other Solutions Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
You are results-driven, focusing on outcomes rather than just activities. You measure your success through pipeline influence, win-rate impact, and POC-to-close conversion rates. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the sales process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process for enterprise and regulated customers. This includes conducting discovery sessions to understand customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and delivering impactful demos. You will also support the proposal and RFP processes, ensuring that all technical aspects are clearly articulated and aligned with customer expectations. Your influence on the product roadmap will be significant, as you provide structured feedback from the field to guide future developments.
You will collaborate closely with sales teams to accelerate deployment and adoption milestones, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the customer experience and driving successful outcomes. You will also participate in strategic discussions with leadership to align technical capabilities with business objectives, contributing to the overall growth and success of RecordPoint.
