What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a dedicated trusted advisor for major accounts, working directly with C-level executives and data leaders to influence their technology roadmaps. You will present Snowflake's AI Data Cloud technology and strategic vision, translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you advocate for customer requirements with internal teams, ensuring that their needs drive product innovation.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand the technical aspects of the solutions you are promoting, enabling you to provide informed recommendations to customers. Your role will involve driving expanded consumption and adoption of Snowflake's platform, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within customer accounts.

You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from customers and relaying it to product managers and technical executive sponsors, ensuring that customer insights are integrated into the product development process.
