Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients. You are process-driven and highly organized, ensuring that you can manage your time and resources efficiently. You possess strong business acumen and can engage with C-suite executives, helping them understand how to leverage Recurly's platform to grow their businesses.

You are naturally inquisitive and curious, always seeking to understand your clients' needs and how Recurly can meet them. Your leadership qualities shine through as you guide clients through their subscription management journey, ensuring they are satisfied and successful.

Desirable

Experience with data-driven decision-making is a plus, as you will need to tie customer outcomes to the use of Recurly's platform. Familiarity with cross-selling strategies and a background in subscription-based businesses will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do
