Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in sales leadership, particularly in the SMB segment, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and built scalable sales programs. Your ability to mentor and motivate teams is a key strength, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and optimize sales processes. You understand the dynamics of working with outsourced teams and can effectively communicate the needs of SMB advertisers to internal stakeholders. Your strategic mindset allows you to make informed decisions regarding operational budgets and investments that drive efficient growth. You are passionate about building partnerships and have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Desirable
Experience in the digital advertising space or with platforms similar to Reddit would be advantageous. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics will help you excel in this role. A background in managing vendor relationships and optimizing sales workflows will also be beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the revenue growth and quota attainment for the EMEA SMB sales channel, focusing on optimizing ROI.
