Who you are

As the first dedicated Infrastructure Engineer at Reducto, you bring a wealth of experience in designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure for AI and ML workloads. You have a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and are adept at automating cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Your hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes allows you to build resilient systems that can handle intensive workloads.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling you to work closely with founders and product teams to establish best practices for monitoring and incident response. Your technical leadership will set the standard for reliability as you influence every aspect of the infrastructure from the ground up. You are comfortable with scripting and programming, particularly in Python, to automate processes and improve system efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain highly available infrastructure that supports real-time AI and ML model deployments. You will implement robust monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure system reliability and performance. Your responsibilities will include architecting scalable solutions that can adapt to the rapid growth of the company and its client base.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure that the systems you build align with the company's goals for rapid iteration and high-impact product delivery. As a founding member of the engineering team, you will have the opportunity to shape the infrastructure strategy and contribute to the overall success of Reducto.
