What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Regrello, you will be responsible for driving user adoption and satisfaction among our enterprise customers in the Asia-Pacific region. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are getting the most value from our no-code collaboration platform. Your role will involve onboarding new customers, providing training, and offering ongoing support to help them achieve their goals.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to relay customer feedback and advocate for enhancements that improve the user experience. Your insights will help shape the product roadmap and ensure that we are meeting the evolving needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for tracking customer engagement metrics and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions.
