Revance is seeking a Professional Aesthetic Consultant to promote their product portfolio to aesthetic customers in Central Boston. This role involves business development activities and requires strong customer relations skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within the aesthetic or healthcare industry. Your ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships is key to your success. You are results-driven and have experience in managing sales territories to meet or exceed objectives. You possess strong communication skills and can represent Revance positively in various customer locations. You are adaptable and can provide technical product and procedure expertise to clients, ensuring they understand the value of the product portfolio.
What you'll do
As a Professional Aesthetic Consultant, you will strategically manage your territory to achieve sales objectives. You will be responsible for lead generation through direct contact with customers in your assigned area. Your role will involve maintaining effective customer relations and developing opportunities for growth within an existing customer base. You will assure market penetration and profitability while achieving sales forecasts. Additionally, you will maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide key market insights back to sales and marketing management. You will also be responsible for accurate reporting and record-keeping necessary for proper territory management.
What we offer
Revance offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 annually, along with incentive compensation. The final salary will depend on various factors, including experience and education. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the growth of the company.
