Who you are
You have a strong background in sales and business development, ideally within the aesthetic or healthcare industry. Your experience includes managing territories effectively to meet or exceed sales objectives, and you excel in building and maintaining customer relationships. You understand the importance of market penetration and profitability, and you are driven by achieving sales forecasts. You are skilled in lead generation and have a proven track record of developing opportunities within an existing customer base.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to represent Revance positively throughout customer locations. You are comfortable providing technical product and procedure expertise, ensuring that customers are well-informed about the product portfolio. You are detail-oriented, maintaining accurate reporting and records necessary for effective territory management.
What you'll do
As a Professional Aesthetic Consultant, you will strategically manage your territory to achieve sales objectives. This includes direct contact with customers to generate leads and develop growth opportunities within your assigned area. You will be responsible for maintaining effective customer relations and ensuring market penetration while achieving sales forecasts. You will deliver sales results per assigned quarterly goals and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed these objectives. Additionally, you will provide key market insights back to sales and marketing management, contributing to the overall growth strategy of Revance.
