Overview

You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively articulate the value of Rhombus' offerings to potential clients. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs helps you identify opportunities for growth and expansion. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

What you'll do

As the Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Rhombus' enterprise segment. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, particularly within large, complex accounts.

You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to align sales initiatives with the company's overall goals. Your hands-on approach will involve participating in key sales meetings and negotiations, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for forecasting sales performance and reporting on key metrics to track progress.
