Two Dots is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead enterprise engagements with key customers. You'll manage a pipeline of opportunities and creatively engage with prospects. This role requires 2-6+ years of experience in consulting or B2B startups.

You have 2-6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced B2B startups — you've demonstrated the ability to manage complex customer relationships and engage strategically with key stakeholders. Your exceptional relationship management skills allow you to connect with diverse individuals and understand their unique needs. You thrive in environments where you can tackle ambiguous and complex questions, bringing together a deep understanding of user needs and technical capabilities. You are organized and ambitious, always looking for ways to improve the consumer underwriting experience through innovative solutions. You are a strategic thought partner, ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will actively manage a pipeline of opportunities and monthly forecasts, ensuring that you are on top of your targets and customer engagements. You will own the life cycle of the relationship with your clients, creatively engaging with new prospects while supporting existing customers to maximize their experience with Two Dots. Your responsibilities will include tackling complex customer and product questions, leveraging your analytical skills to provide insights and solutions. You will work closely with the Co-Founder and CEO, contributing to the strategic direction of the company as it builds technology to enhance the financial system. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the customer experience.
