What you'll do

As a Senior Business Development Representative at Ridgeline, you will help shape the growth engine of one of the most disruptive FinTech startups. You will work at the intersection of lead generation and relationship building, connecting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and qualifying opportunities that move Ridgeline’s mission forward. You will utilize cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT, to enhance your outreach efforts. You will be an integral part of a team committed to transforming the investment management industry. Your role will involve researching and identifying potential clients and decision-makers, as well as developing strategies to engage them effectively. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and outreach efforts. You will also track and report on your outreach activities and results, continuously refining your approach based on feedback and performance metrics.
