What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Ripple, you will lead the transformation of our Customer Onboarding Platform into a modern, engineering-owned ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to build robust, cloud-native backend services from scratch, unwinding legacy Salesforce logic to create a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the architecture you design directly impacts how quickly customers can access the global financial system.

You will tackle technical debt and design systems that are scalable and efficient, ensuring compliance and reducing friction in customer interactions. Your work will power onboarding for every product, from Ripple Payments to our new Stablecoin, making a significant impact on the customer journey. You will also be involved in code reviews, system architecture discussions, and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
