You have a strong background in talent management and onboarding processes — you've successfully designed and implemented systems that help new hires ramp up quickly and effectively. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on performance expectations and standards.

What you'll do
As the Lead for Onboarding & Talent Acceleration, you will own the design and operation of global onboarding systems — your goal is to ensure that new hires understand expectations and can contribute meaningfully from the start. You will collaborate with leaders across Engineering, Customer Experience, and other core functions to align onboarding processes with business execution.
You will continuously assess and improve onboarding systems — your focus will be on creating a seamless experience that helps employees build early momentum in their roles. By analyzing feedback and performance data, you will identify areas for enhancement and implement changes that drive success.
You will play a key role in shaping the performance management framework at Robinhood — your work will clarify expectations and strengthen performance standards across teams. You will partner with various stakeholders to ensure that onboarding processes support the overall goals of the organization.
