You have a strong background in managing people systems, particularly with Workday, and possess a blend of strategic and operational skills. Your experience includes hands-on technical execution while also leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in complex problem-solving scenarios and are adept at bringing structure and scale to evolving workforce needs. Your customer mindset drives you to improve employee and manager experiences through effective system integrations. You are comfortable collaborating with various departments, including HR, Finance, and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations.

Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus, as you will be involved in defining the future roadmap for People Systems. You are a true player-coach, enjoying both the technical aspects of the role and the leadership responsibilities that come with it. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and evolve Robinhood's core People Systems, focusing primarily on Workday. You will drive configuration, integrations, and solution design while guiding your team through various projects. Your responsibilities will include optimizing existing systems to support Robinhood's growth and global expansion. You will partner closely with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, Engineering, and Legal teams to enhance the Workday ecosystem. Your strategic vision will help define the future of People Systems at Robinhood, ensuring that the systems in place meet the needs of a rapidly changing workforce.
