Your customer-centric mindset drives you to continuously improve processes and systems, making you an advocate for both employees and the organization. You are comfortable collaborating with various departments, including HR, Finance, and Engineering, to ensure that the People Systems align with the company's strategic goals.
Desirable
Experience with AI-enabled tools and their application in HR systems would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with global HR practices and compliance is also beneficial, as Robinhood continues to expand its operations internationally.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and evolve Robinhood's core People Systems, focusing primarily on Workday. You will be responsible for driving configuration, integrations, and solution design, ensuring that the systems meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your role will involve close collaboration with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, Engineering, and Legal teams to enhance the employee and manager experience. You will also help define the future roadmap for People Systems, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
You will lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and guidance as they work on various projects related to HR systems. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute their ideas and expertise. You will also be tasked with analyzing system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
