What you'll do

As a Senior Partner Engineer - Technical Support, you will be the primary point of contact for content partners regarding platform, product, and technical topics. You will facilitate onboarding and manage app launches, ensuring that partners adhere to Roku's platform and business requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within Roku to provide comprehensive support and guidance to partners.

You will help partners develop best-in-class video apps and experiences, leveraging your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions for partners, creating documentation to assist with the onboarding process, and continuously improving the support experience based on partner feedback.

You will also play a key role in ensuring that partners are compliant with Roku's policies and guidelines, helping them navigate any challenges that arise during the app development and launch process. Your ability to build strong relationships with partners will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment that drives success for both Roku and its content partners.
