Desirable

Experience with programming changes to DSP systems and familiarity with AV rack fabrication are highly valued. A clean driving license and a US passport are essential for this role, as national and occasional international travel is required. Your background in managing project punchlists and coordinating with other trades will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will perform installation tasks as outlined in the project’s Scope of Works (SOW), ensuring that all work meets the highest standards. You will support the Project Manager by supervising the installation team on-site, communicating daily job status, and completing necessary documentation. Your responsibilities will include directing on-site change requests to the Project Manager and coordinating with other trades to ensure seamless project execution. You will utilize your skills in soldering and connector termination for various systems, including XLR, RJ45, fiber-optic, and coaxial connections. Testing point-to-point cabling and system functionality will be a critical part of your role, as will supporting engineers or programmers with minor programming changes to DSPs or room processors.
