Who you are
You are a licensed plumber with experience in performing plumbing repairs and maintenance. You understand the importance of maintaining plumbing systems in excellent condition and ensuring compliance with state regulations. You are detail-oriented and capable of handling day-to-day plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. You enjoy collaborating with a team and supporting technicians on complex plumbing issues. You are committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for performing plumbing-related work orders within the Atlanta market and surrounding areas. You will handle day-to-day plumbing repairs, turns, and preventive maintenance tasks. You will serve as the primary plumbing resource for the In-House Maintenance team, supporting technicians on complex plumbing issues and helping to standardize scopes of work. Your work will ensure that all plumbing systems across managed rental properties are maintained in excellent condition and compliant with state regulations.
