Roofstock is hiring a Licensed Plumber to perform plumbing-related work orders and ensure plumbing systems across managed rental properties are maintained in excellent condition. This role requires a licensed expert comfortable working independently.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a licensed plumber with hands-on expertise in plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working independently to handle day-to-day plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance. Your experience allows you to support technicians on complex plumbing issues and standardize scopes of work across various properties.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for performing plumbing-related work orders within the Phoenix market and surrounding areas. You will ensure that all plumbing systems across managed rental properties are maintained in excellent condition and compliant with state regulations. Your duties will include handling day-to-day plumbing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and serving as the primary plumbing resource for the In-House Maintenance team. You will also support technicians on complex plumbing issues and help standardize scopes of work to ensure safety and reliability across single-family and multifamily rentals.
