You have a proactive approach to standardizing scopes of work and ensuring that plumbing systems are safe and reliable. Your ability to communicate effectively with the In-House Maintenance team is essential for success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Licensed Plumber at Roofstock, you will be responsible for performing plumbing-related work orders within the Charlotte market and surrounding areas. You will ensure that all plumbing systems across our managed rental properties are maintained in excellent condition and compliant with state regulations. Your role will involve handling day-to-day plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance, serving as the primary plumbing resource for our In-House Maintenance team.

You will support technicians on complex plumbing issues and help standardize scopes of work to ensure consistency across properties. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the safety and reliability of plumbing systems in both single-family and multifamily rentals. You will also be required to travel locally to various property sites daily, ensuring that all plumbing-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
