Job Description
Who you are
You are a licensed plumber with hands-on expertise in plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations. You are comfortable working independently and have experience handling day-to-day plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance. Your ability to support technicians on complex plumbing issues makes you a valuable resource for the In-House Maintenance team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for performing plumbing-related work orders within the Houston market and surrounding areas. You will ensure that all plumbing systems across managed rental properties are maintained in excellent condition. Your duties will include handling day-to-day plumbing repairs, turns, and preventive maintenance. You will also help standardize scopes of work and ensure plumbing systems are safe, reliable, and compliant with state and local regulations.
