What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Shift4, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, engaging with merchants to present our Point of Sale systems and merchant servicing products. You will set appointments with potential clients, utilizing both phone and face-to-face interactions to showcase the value of our offerings. Your role will involve prospecting for new clients and assisting existing ones with additional services, including hardware, software, and professional services. You will build strong relationships with merchants by actively listening to their needs and resolving any outstanding issues they may have.
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, allowing you to up-sell additional products and services that can enhance the merchant's business. You will develop new accounts and target areas for growth, contributing to the overall success of Shift4 in the Point of Sale market. Your ability to explain the value of our products through demonstrations on your laptop or Point of Sale device will be key to your success in this role.
