Rubrik is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive bookings growth in new and existing accounts across Colorado and Utah. You'll focus on acquiring new logos and managing sales pipelines. This role requires a relentless self-starter mindset.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in enterprise-level accounts — you've successfully driven pipeline generation and exceeded sales quotas in previous roles. Your ability to identify and close new opportunities is complemented by your strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners.
You are a relentless self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment — your focus on acquiring new logos and expanding existing customer relationships sets you apart. You understand the importance of developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that strategic transactions move smoothly through the sales process.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, aiming to meet and exceed your quota through effective prospecting and qualifying of leads. You will develop and manage a sales pipeline, moving a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process while identifying new opportunities for growth.
You will present Rubrik's solutions within complex data center designs, showcasing how our offerings can protect organizations against cyberattacks and operational disruptions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Development teams to ensure that you have all the resources needed to succeed.
