You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it. Your experience includes developing and executing sales strategies that lead to significant growth in new and existing accounts. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is focused on achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present complex solutions clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships with clients and partners is key to your success, as you understand that trust and collaboration are essential in driving sales.
You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners, to create tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your analytical skills enable you to manage and interpret sales data, helping you to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market changes and client feedback. Your proactive approach to pipeline generation ensures that you are consistently working towards your sales goals.
Desirable
Experience in cybersecurity sales or related fields would be a plus, as it would enhance your ability to communicate the value of Rubrikβs solutions effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms will also be beneficial in managing your sales processes efficiently.
What you'll do
As a Healthcare Account Executive at Rubrik, you will take ownership of all elements of bookings growth within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute sales plans that meet and exceed your quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
You will identify and close new opportunities for growth, working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts. Your role will involve presenting Rubrikβs solutions within complex sales environments, requiring you to articulate the benefits and value of our offerings clearly.
You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Development teams to ensure that you have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your daily activities will include driving pipeline generation, managing client relationships, and executing account strategies that lead to customer expansion.
You will also be responsible for tracking your sales performance and reporting on your progress towards goals. This role requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
