Rubrik is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth in new and existing accounts across northern California. You'll focus on acquiring new logos and managing sales pipelines. This role requires strong sales acumen and experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is focused on achieving sales targets. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs sets you apart, and you are skilled at presenting complex solutions to diverse audiences.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline effectively. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners, to drive sales strategies and exceed quotas. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate the value of solutions clearly and persuasively.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in data protection or cybersecurity, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to continuous learning, eager to take advantage of professional development opportunities.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing account expansion. You will engage in prospecting, qualifying leads, managing your sales pipeline, and closing strategic transactions. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities for growth within mid-enterprise accounts and presenting Rubrik's solutions in the context of complex data center designs.
You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and other team members to ensure that you have the resources needed to succeed. Daily pipeline generation will be a key focus, and you will be expected to drive this process proactively. You will also participate in regular sales meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and align with the broader sales team on goals and objectives.
